Ulrich Technau has been accepted into the German National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina

Leopoldina was founded in 1652 as a classical scholarly society, comprising experts from almost all branches of science.

Ulrich Technau (Department for Neurosciences and Developmental Biology) has been accepted into the German National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina. Members of Leopoldina are renown experts within their discipline with a record of outstanding scientific achievements and are appointed for life. Currently, researchers of more than 30 countries worldwide are represented covering almost all scientific disciplines. They contribute to Leopoldina by providing scientific recommendations and advice, expert activities, and participation in scholarly events.
